We Race Against Time in a BMW M6.

When a customer approached us with a very specific vehicle request, a Black Sapphire on Black Merino Leather 6-speed manual M6 Coupe, we were able to locate the only one for sale in the country. The only problem was that it wasn’t parked on our Pre-Owned lot, rather 120 kilometres across town, and our customer was eager to take delivery as soon as possible. So this past Thursday, we were tasked with picking up a 2007 BMW M6 Coupe in Hamilton and driving it back to the dealership as quickly as we could. The goal was to have the M6 in Ajax, emissions tested, plated, and ready to be delivered by the end of the day. A seemingly straight forward task. Yet the 240 kilometre journey proved to be a traffic riddled nightmare, plagued by destination reroutings, closed E-test shops, and road construction.
