No-charge Scheduled Maintenance
From model year 2006 on, BMW vehicles purchased from an authorized BMW Retailer in Canada are covered by No-charge Scheduled Maintenance for 4 years or 80,000 kilometres, whichever occurs first. Coverage begins on the date of first retail sale or the date the vehicle is first placed in service as a demonstrator or company vehicle, whichever is earlier.
This Standard Scheduled Maintenance will cover many of your regular servicing needs. However, to supplement this coverage, worry-free maintenance upgrades are also available for your convenience.
Any authorized BMW Retailer in Canada will perform the scheduled maintenance services on your vehicle at no expense. The maintenance schedule intervals are determined by the BMW Service Indicator on the check control panel in the dashboard of the vehicle*. Requests for more frequent maintenance are not covered by this program.

BMW Service Inclusive Upgrades
BMW offers several options which can be purchased from your authorized BMW Retailer. These upgrades are available with various time/mileage options (based on the in-service date of the vehicle) and can be purchased up to 1 year or 25,000 kilometres** after the original date of the new vehicle purchase.
Option 1 Upgrade – The standard No-charge Scheduled Maintenance may be upgraded to a 3 year or 60,000 kilometres** Service Inclusive Program. The Service Inclusive Program includes all items covered under the Scheduled Maintenance Program. In addition, it includes the replacement of wear items such as brake linings, brake rotors, engine belts, wiper blades, and clutch components***.
